Centered in a historically rich and scenic part of southwestern Wisconsin is the Krause Gästehaus.  It is constructed of wood from the Krause property and milled by the Amish.

Located in rural La Farge, Wisconsin in Vernon County , our 95-acre farmette offers a cozy feel-right-at-home getaway.  The two-bedroom guesthouse features a gas fireplace, full bath and a complete working kitchen.  Breakfast is included, of course.

You’re welcome to hike our woods, fish in the pond or explore nearby streams. We also offer a seasonal outdoor pool and a tepee.

Area interests include fishing, hunting, golf, canoeing, biking and cross country skiing. Explore the Amish community, Norskedalen Norwegian Heritage Center and the Mississippi and Kickapoo Rivers. Take in the fall colors and the magnificent scenery among our coulees and bluffs.
